Veronica McGibney.

Veronica McGibney is the founder and editor-in-chief of LeadHer Magazine, a bold new quarterly publication spotlighting women founders, entrepreneurs, and changemakers who are tired of the highlight reel and ready to share the real, unedited side of building a business.

An entrepreneur at her core, Veronica has spent over 20 years experimenting with business ventures and creative pursuits - from testing ideas in retail and insurance to exploring direct sales, startups, and branding projects. Alongside these ventures, she built a career spanning international buying, sales, and brand strategy, all while navigating multiple cross-country moves as a military spouse and raising her children.

She holds a degree in Fashion Merchandising, has worked internationally as a merchandise buyer, and has built a career that spans branding, sales, and storytelling.

What We Are Building

LeadHer Magazine’s Mission

LeadHer Magazine exists to preserve and elevate the real stories of women building businesses. Our mission is to move beyond highlight reels and create a trusted platform where female founders are seen in their full humanity - sharing the wins, setbacks, pivots, and messy middles that shape their journeys. By amplifying these voices, we aim to increase visibility, credibility, and access for women founders while strengthening the ecosystem around them and documenting history in the making.

LeadHer Magazine Vision

LeadHer Magazine envisions a future where women founders are fully seen, taken seriously, and funded at the level their impact deserves. Our vision is to become the leading platform  that documents women’s entrepreneurial journeys in real time - bridging founders, investors, and allies through trusted storytelling, credible visibility, and community. And an and physical headquarters that enables community, resources, education, and meaningful collaboration so we can move the needle for women-led businesses. We aim to reshape how female founders are perceived, supported, and remembered - turning stories into influence, and influence into opportunity.
