Susana Briscoe-Alba our keynote and cover story!
She is the founder of Dunamis Coaching & Consulting and a powerful voice for women who refuse to shrink inside systems not built for them. After leaving a high-level corporate leadership role that no longer fit the woman she was becoming, Susana answered a deeper calling — to help women reclaim their voice, identity, and confidence. Known for her honesty, warmth, and ability to turn lived experience into real leadership wisdom, Susana has built a global community by speaking truth, naming what so many women feel but rarely say, and creating space for women to rise unapologetically. Her message is grounding, empowering, and deeply aligned with the heart of LeadHer Magazine.

Kate is the founder of 1 Girl Revolution, a platform dedicated to amplifying women’s voices and honoring the power of story. Born from a deep belief that women’s stories deserve to be heard - especially the messy, honest, and unfinished ones - her work is rooted in connection, healing, and hope. Shaped by personal loss and guided by purpose, Kate has built a nationally recognized movement that reminds women they are not alone and that their voices truly matter. Through storytelling, media, and advocacy, she doesn’t just tell stories - she models what it means to own one.
Maria Haugen
Maria is the founder of FoXX Health, a women’s health tech platform born from lived experience and a refusal to accept dismissal as an answer. After spending months navigating unexplained pain and being brushed off by the medical system, Maria turned frustration into action - building a solution that gives women the tools, data, and language to advocate for their health with confidence. A former tech executive, Maria brings a rare blend of leadership, empathy, and community-first innovation, reminding women that their pain is real, their stories are data, and their voices deserve to be believed.
Christina Fair
Christina is a Detroit-based founder and leader who has spent more than two decades building companies at the intersection of technology, community, and human connection. After scaling teams inside Rocket Companies and Rocket Fiber, Christina went on to found Hum and Reconnect Detroit - driven by a belief that success shouldn’t come at the cost of burnout. Her journey reshaped her definition of leadership, teaching her that alignment matters more than speed and that sustainable growth requires self-awareness, support, and courage. Christina brings a deeply honest perspective on building boldly without breaking yourself in the process.

Your evening begins the moment you arrive.
1st - From 4:00–4:45 PM, step into a beautifully styled venue glowing with chandeliers and buzzing with anticipation. Make your entrance down the red carpet, strike a pose at the photo op, then grab a drink and begin mingling with fellow founders, creatives, and community leaders. This is your moment to settle in, connect, and soak up the energy.
2nd - Then head upstairs via the elevator to the 3rd floor for the MAIN EVENT! Refill your drink, enjoy curated appetizers, mingle with guests, and pick up your exclusive gift bag - all while getting a first look at LeadHer Magazine, Issue 1 before it’s released to the public.
5:30–6:00 PM: Panel Discussion
6:15–6:30 PM: Keynote Speaker
Several women featured in Issue 1 will be in attendance, so don’t hesitate to introduce yourself, shake hands, and connect with the inspiring founders whose stories fill the pages of the magazine.
After the panel, the conversations continue.
3rd - The after party takes place on the 2nd floor in our own private room complete with a cozy fireplace - perfect for deeper conversations, laughs, and relaxed connection over drinks. Feeling like turning up the energy? Just outside our door on the same floor is Circ, the main bar open to the public, featuring music, pool tables, and a lively atmosphere for those ready to dance the night away.
