Welcome to LeadHer Magazine, a publication and platform dedicated to sharing authentic entrepreneurial journeys, celebrating women in business, and creating meaningful opportunities for connection, visibility, and growth.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, digital and print publications, subscriptions, events, applications, and other products and services provided by LeadHer Magazine ("we," "us," or "our").
By accessing our website, purchasing products, registering for events, or participating in our services, you agree to the applicable provisions of these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of the relevant services.
2. Our Website and Services
LeadHer Magazine provides editorial content, printed and digital publications, subscription services, advertising opportunities, educational and community experiences, events, and other offerings.
Our services may include:
Individual digital and printed magazine issues
Monthly and annual subscriptions
Founder features and editorial opportunities
Advertising and sponsorship placements
Workshops, networking opportunities, and special events
Award applications, nominations, and recognition programs
Availability, pricing, eligibility, and individual offerings may change over time.
Additional terms may apply to certain purchases, services, or agreements. Where a separate written agreement applies, that agreement will govern the relevant transaction to the extent of any conflict.
3. Purchases and Payment
All product and service prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
By placing an order or registering for a paid service, you agree to provide accurate billing and contact information and authorize the applicable charges disclosed at checkout.
Payments may be processed through trusted third-party providers, including Stripe and other supported payment services.
Additional taxes, shipping charges, or processing fees, where applicable, will be disclosed during the purchase process.
LeadHer Magazine reserves the right to correct pricing errors, decline fraudulent transactions, and cancel orders that cannot reasonably be fulfilled. If an order is canceled after payment and before fulfillment, an appropriate refund will be provided.
4. Magazine Purchases and Delivery
Digital Publications
Digital magazine purchases provide access to the specific digital publication or content identified at checkout.
Digital access may be provided through email, a website, a secure link, or another authorized delivery method.
Purchasing digital content does not transfer copyright or ownership of the publication to the purchaser.
Digital publications are intended for individual use and may not be reproduced, redistributed, resold, or publicly shared without written authorization from LeadHer Magazine, except as permitted by law.
Printed Publications
Printed magazine purchases are fulfilled through our printing, production, and shipping partners.
Estimated production and delivery timelines may vary depending on printing availability, destination, carrier delays, and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or does not arrive as expected, please contact us at hey@leadhermagazine.com with your order details so we can review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
5. Magazine Subscriptions
LeadHer Magazine offers recurring subscription options, which may include digital and printed publications.
Subscription benefits, publication frequency, pricing, and delivery methods are described on the applicable subscription page at the time of purchase.
Recurring Billing
Where a subscription is offered on an automatically renewing basis, its billing frequency, renewal price, and other material terms will be disclosed before purchase.
By affirmatively enrolling in an automatically renewing subscription, you authorize recurring charges at the disclosed rate until cancellation.
Monthly subscriptions are billed according to their monthly billing cycle. Annual subscriptions are billed according to their annual billing cycle.
Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel an automatically renewing subscription to prevent future renewal charges.
Cancellation can be requested through the available subscriber account controls or by contacting hey@leadhermagazine.com.
Cancellation does not automatically entitle a subscriber to a refund of charges already incurred. Any applicable refund or money-back guarantee will be honored according to the terms of the purchased offer and applicable law.
Publication Schedule
LeadHer Magazine is a quarterly publication. Issue release dates, distribution schedules, and individual contents may change due to editorial, production, or operational requirements.
We will make reasonable efforts to fulfill subscription benefits as described at purchase and communicate material changes when appropriate.
6. Refunds, Returns, and Order Concerns
Refund and return eligibility may differ depending on the type of product or service purchased.
For individual print purchases, digital products, subscriptions, or other services, applicable refund terms should be reviewed on the relevant product or checkout page.
Where a subscription offer advertises a specific money-back guarantee, including a 30-day guarantee, LeadHer Magazine will honor that advertised guarantee.
For order errors, damaged merchandise, delivery concerns, or billing questions, please contact hey@leadhermagazine.com.
Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
7. Events and Ticket Purchases
LeadHer Magazine hosts events designed to celebrate entrepreneurship, recognize meaningful journeys, and create opportunities for connection.
Event details, including dates, locations, ticket categories, pricing, and included experiences, are provided on the applicable event registration page.
LeadHer Magazine Anniversary Gala
Our inaugural anniversary celebration is scheduled for January 15–16, 2027, at The Alfond Inn in Winter Park, Florida.
Different ticket categories provide access to different portions of the event.
Saturday-only admission includes the Saturday gala experience. Two-day admission includes the designated Friday Founder Experience and Saturday gala.
Admission is limited to the experiences included in the specific ticket purchased.
Unless otherwise stated, each ticket provides admission for one attendee. Additional guests require their own tickets.
Event Changes
LeadHer Magazine may make reasonable adjustments to event schedules, presenters, programming, seating arrangements, and related details when necessary.
If an event is canceled or materially rescheduled, affected ticket holders will be notified and provided information about applicable refund or alternative arrangements in accordance with the purchase terms and applicable law.
Ticket Cancellations and Transfers
Ticket cancellation, refund, and transfer eligibility will be governed by the terms disclosed for the specific event at the time of purchase and applicable law.
Attendees should review these terms before purchasing tickets and contact LeadHer Magazine with questions.
Travel and Accommodations
Unless expressly included in a ticket or separate written agreement, transportation, flights, hotel accommodations, parking, and other personal travel expenses are the responsibility of the attendee.
Event Conduct
We expect all attendees to treat other guests, speakers, staff, and venue personnel with professionalism and respect.
LeadHer Magazine reserves the right to address conduct that threatens safety, disrupts programming, or involves harassment or unlawful behavior, subject to applicable law.
8. LeadHer Magazine Awards
The LeadHer Magazine Awards recognize the journeys, courage, perseverance, creativity, and meaningful contributions of women in entrepreneurship.
Award consideration is optional and may be offered to eligible event attendees through a separate application process.
Submitting an application does not guarantee nomination, finalist status, selection, or receipt of an award.
Award recipients are selected through the review process established by LeadHer Magazine.
Applicants may be considered for award categories beyond the category they initially select.
Award recipients must be present at the designated awards ceremony to receive their recognition, subject to the applicable Official Awards Rules.
LeadHer Magazine reserves the right to make award selections according to its published criteria, address eligibility concerns, and withhold an award where appropriate.
Separate LeadHer Magazine Awards Official Rules will provide additional information about eligibility, evaluation, selection, deadlines, and award procedures.
Submitting an award application does not automatically authorize publication of an applicant's personal story, private application responses, or photographs.
Any separate editorial publication or promotional use requiring additional permission will be addressed through an appropriate consent or agreement.
9. Editorial Submissions and Founder Features
LeadHer Magazine welcomes opportunities to highlight entrepreneurial stories and perspectives.
Submitting an editorial application, interview request, proposal, or feature inquiry does not guarantee acceptance or publication.
Editorial decisions are made at the discretion of LeadHer Magazine based on relevance, storytelling, publication needs, and other editorial considerations.
Certain selected opportunities may involve disclosed participation or placement fees.
The payment of a fee does not automatically guarantee a cover feature, editorial endorsement, or any deliverable not expressly included in the applicable written agreement.
Contributors and applicants are responsible for providing information they believe to be accurate and for ensuring that materials they submit do not knowingly infringe the rights of others.
Publication rights, permissions, review procedures, and other editorial obligations may be established in separate contributor or feature agreements.
10. Advertising and Sponsorships
LeadHer Magazine may offer advertising placements, sponsored content, event sponsorships, and other promotional partnerships.
Pricing, deadlines, deliverables, approval processes, and placement terms are established through the applicable proposal, invoice, or written agreement.
Purchasing advertising or sponsorship does not guarantee specific sales, leads, revenue, customer engagement, or business results.
Advertising and sponsored materials may be subject to review for brand alignment, accuracy, legal compliance, and publication standards.
LeadHer Magazine maintains editorial discretion over its independent content and cover selections unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.
11. Intellectual Property
The LeadHer Magazine name, logo, branding, publication designs, website materials, editorial content, photographs, graphics, and other original intellectual property are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Unless otherwise stated, rights in LeadHer Magazine's original materials belong to LeadHer Magazine or the applicable rights holders.
You may access and enjoy our content for lawful personal purposes.
You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, commercially exploit, or use our protected content without appropriate authorization, except as permitted by law.
Third-party trademarks, images, and other materials remain the property of their respective owners.
Unauthorized use of the LeadHer Magazine name or branding is prohibited.
12. Content Submitted by Users and Contributors
When you voluntarily provide written content, business information, photographs, testimonials, or other materials, you represent that you have the necessary rights or permissions to submit them.
You grant LeadHer Magazine permission to receive, store, and review submitted materials as reasonably necessary to process the application, request, or service for which they were provided.
Submitting content does not automatically transfer copyright ownership to LeadHer Magazine.
Separate permission may be required before personal submissions, unpublished stories, or photographs are used in magazine features, promotional campaigns, or other public-facing materials.
Any additional rights granted through a signed release, contributor agreement, or separate written authorization will be governed by that agreement.
